Terms of Service

1. The service

HALGEBRYX provides downloadable software for market analysis and trading automation, together with an account area for orders, licenses, downloads and support.

The software is a tool. It does not provide investment, legal or tax advice, and it does not manage funds on your behalf.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend an account that is used abusively, breaks these terms or puts other users or the platform at risk.

3. Licenses

A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product. A license is bound to one device. The license term starts at first activation and lasts for the period stated for the product at purchase.

You may move a license to another device within the limits shown in your account. Offline use is granted through short-lived leases that must be renewed online.

You may not copy, resell, share, reverse engineer or circumvent the licensing of the software, except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USDC or USDT and are payable on the Solana network. A payment counts only after it is confirmed on-chain and matches the order. Network fees are paid by you.

We do not hold your wallet keys and cannot reverse blockchain transactions. Check the amount, asset and recipient before you sign.

5. Delivery

After payment is confirmed, the license appears in your account and the software can be downloaded from the downloads area. Download links are personal and time-limited.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Refund window: 14 days from purchase, only while the license has not been activated.

7. Risk

Trading digital assets carries a high risk of loss. Read the Risk Disclosure before you use the software with real funds.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the software, the website and these terms. Material changes to these terms will be announced in your account or by email before they apply to new purchases.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, HALGEBRYX is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, market conditions, exchange or network failures, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
